Shipping policy

1. General Information

We ship all orders from our fulfillment partners located either within the EU or internationally, depending on product availability and destination.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Customers will receive confirmation emails for both:

·        Order placement

·        Shipment with tracking details (if available)

If we experience a high order volume or unexpected delays, dispatch may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

·        Germany (DE) – all states

·        European Union (EU) countries

·        Worldwide (where carriers provide service)

3. Processing Times

Order processing time:
1–3 business days

Business days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment.
This does not include transit time (delivery time).

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, carrier, fulfillment warehouse, and destination.

4.1 Germany

·        Standard Delivery: 5–12 business days

·        Express methods (if available): 3–7 business days

4.2 European Union

·        Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days

4.3 International (Outside EU)

·        Standard Delivery: 10–25 business days

·        Remote areas may take longer.

Note: Seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas), customs inspections, or carrier delays may extend delivery times. Such delays are outside our control.

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

·        Destination country

·        Total weight or volume of the order

·        Carrier pricing

·        Fulfillment location

Some promotional periods may offer free shipping.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

·        Your tracking number

·        Tracking link

·        Carrier details

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

 

7. Multiple Item Orders (Split Shipments)

If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

You will receive separate tracking numbers in such cases.

There are no additional costs for split shipments.

 

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

8.1 EU customers

Orders delivered within the European Union include VAT in accordance with EU regulations. No additional customs fees typically apply.

8.2 International customers

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to:

·        Import duties

·        Customs taxes

·        Local VAT

·        Handling fees charged by customs authorities

These costs are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to influence or estimate these charges.

 

9. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

·        Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

·        Lost packages caused by carrier errors after successful dispatch

·        Missed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).

 

10. Items Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item:

  1. Check your mailbox, parcel box, front door, or neighbors
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Contact us at info@durrshein.de

We will assist in opening an investigation, but please note that carriers’ decisions are final.

 

11. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist you quickly.
